Lindsay Lohan has reportedly checked into a Utah rehabilitation center. CBS News reports the 21-year-old actress has checked into the Cirque Lodge drug and alcohol treatment center in Sundance, Utah. It would be her third stint in rehab, following two stays at Wonderland and Promises in the Los Angeles area. Town and Country Magazine recently named Cirque Lodge as one of the nation's top substance abuse treatment facilities. The New York Post reported that Lohan had on August 3 gone to her mother's home on Long Island. The exact day of her reported check-in to Cirque Lodge is not known. Lohan's representatives did not comment on her whereabouts. She is due in court in Santa Monica, CA on August 24, when she faces charges from her July 24 arrest for suspicion of driving under the influence and driving on a suspended license.

They tried to make her go to rehab and she said yes, yes, yes. Yep - it's third time lucky for Lindsay Lohan. It seems like Li-Lo has spent the best part of this year trying to get herself on the straight and narrow. And now reports are saying she's checked back in to an alcohol rehabilitation centre. According to the website for CBS television's The Insider, the troubled 21-year-old has entered the Cirque Lodge drug and alcohol treatment center in Utah. Although Lindsay's rep was not available for comment, The Insider says that sources have confirmed the Herbie Fully Loaded actress is all set to complete an intensive 30-day programme. Let's just hope Li-Lo can work through some of her problems before her court hearing on August 24.
Lindsay Lohan Arrested Again
Lindsay Lohan was arrested early July 24 on suspicion of driving under the influence in Santa Monica, CA. The arrest comes one week after the 21-year-old actress checked out of an alcohol treatment center. Santa Monica Police Sgt. Robert Hernandez says Lohan was driving a vehicle, and pulled over just after 2:00 a.m. She was reportedly chasing another car when she was pulled over. Officers arrested her for drunken driving and driving with a suspended license.During booking, cocaine was found in her pants pocket. Lohan reportedly refused to take a Breathalyzer test at the scene but failed a sobriety test. After taking a Breathalyzer test at the Santa Monica police station, she registered a .12 blood alcohol level. The legal limit in California is 0.08. Lohan was released on $25,000 bail.
